Whole Turkey

BRONZE and USK

  • Allow 45 minutes per kilogram, plus 20 minutes for a Turkey under 4.5 kg (approx. 9.5 lb)
  • Allow 40 minutes per kilogram for a Turkey that’s between 4.5-6.5 kg (9.5 to 14 lb)
  • Allow 35 minutes per kilogram for a Turkey more than 6.5 kg (14lb)

Boneless Turkey Crowns

  • Under 4kg: (approx..8 lb) 20 mins per kg plus 70 mins.
  • Over 4kg: (approx. +8 lb) 20 mins per kg plus 90 mins.
  • 5kg: (approx. 3.5 lb) 1 hr 40 mins plus resting at 190C/170C fan/gas 5.
  • 2kg: (approx. 4.5 lb)1 hr 50 mins plus resting at 190C/170C fan/gas 5.
  • 5kg:(approx. 5.5 lb) 2 hrs plus resting at 190C/170C fan/gas 5.
