Pork and Apple Stuffing:
Pork EEC (65%), pork fat, salt, rusk, wheat, water, dehydrated apple (3%), potato starch, sunflower oil, stabilizers (450 (1), (450 (111), sugar, spice, preservative (E223(E296) acidity regulators (E330), fructose antioxidant (E300), spice extract, sulphites.
Welsh Dragon Stuffing:
Pork EEC (65%), pork fat, salt, rusk, wheat, leek (2%) green chilli (2%) water, flavour enhancer (E621) (monosodium glutamate), preservative (E221), hydrolised vegetable protein, stabilizer (450), ground spice, anti-oxidants (E301, E331), mixed herbs, sugar, sulphites.
All the above allergens are in bold
Bury Black pudding:
Water, Wheat Flour (with added calcium, iron, niacin & thiamin), Oatmeal, Pearl Barley, Dried Pork Blood, Pork Fat, Onion, Pork Rind, Salt, Mixed Herbs, Wheat Starch, White Pepper, Yeast Extract, Raising Agent: Ammonium Hydrogen Carbonate.

Bring the joint up to room temperature and set the oven at 170c or equivalent.
Place joint onto a suitable board and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Open the glaze pot which accompanies the joint and brush over the scored area.
Once the oven is to temperature place the glazed joint into a roasting dish.
Cook for 1 hour 30 mins or until piping hot all the way through.

This is a wonderful mid week treat! Sooo tasty and moist meat, served it with a crisp salad but also scrumptious with potatoe wedges!! Highly recommend
