Living in London I was a little doubtful as to the quality because the price was so good. It took some persuasion from my husband so we ordered the hamper. It arrived in a cool box well insulate and still lovely and cool. I have to admit we were thrilled with the quality and have ordered many times since. The phone staff are lovely and very helpful we highly recommend them.
