Easy Pay and Advance Deposit Payments are a great way to spread the cost of your order over the course of a number of monthly interest-free instalments or secure your product order early. It’s only available on selected products for a limited period and your P&P will be charged on the first instalment.
You will receive an email 14days prior to your next payment, then another 3 days prior. Your remaining instalments are your responsibility to ensure they are paid by the required date. If Easy Pay is available, it will be displayed on the individual product page.
You will be required to sign into your account and make payment by the required date. Missed payments may be subject to administration charges.
Should you miss your payments you will not receive your order.
We do not provide refunds, once your order is placed it is committed to. As our products are pre ordered, prepared with fresh produce and cut to order, Jon’s Quality Meats Delivery Service Ltd cannot cancel orders once registered in our system and refunds cannot be given. Similarly, once despatched, we are unable to stop delivery or cancel the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer care can manually process an easy payment early at your request, but unfortunately we are unable to change the automatic billing date or postpone any of the payments.
