Cancellations

As our products are prepared with fresh produce and cut to order, Jon’s Quality Meats Delivery Service Ltd cannot cancel orders once registered in our system and refunds cannot be given. Similarly, once despatched, we are unable to stop delivery or cancel the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there may be a delay in collecting any order that you wish to return doe to quality of the product. We request you place the item into your freezer until we can arrange a safe method of collection. Please contact us to discuss this further. Thank you for your understanding in the unprecedented times we are experiencing.

Returns

If your package is damaged, please accept the delivery and contact customer services within 24 hrs on 01443 493643. Accepting a damaged delivery will not affect your rights. Refusing delivery without first consulting us will only result in the goods being disposed of by the courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
